our what
We coach organizational leaders to dismantle oppressive systems and cultivate high-performing, engaging environments for their staff.
our why
We do this to restore our humanity where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued!
P2P Consultancy emerged from our pioneering documentary, Preschool to Prison. We are facing a critical shortage of teachers due to burnout from being overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. Alarmingly, 55% of educators will exit the profession earlier than planned (NEA, 2022). This reality has serious implications for our students, leading to increased suspensions and expulsions and contributing to a troubling pipeline from school to prison, especially impacting our students with special needs.
We have harnessed a powerful expertise in Leadership Mindset Coaching and workshops, guiding leaders to identify and dismantle oppressive systems and practices. Together, we create healing spaces and behaviors that prioritize psychological safety, ensuring that employees feel valued and impactful at work, paving the way for our students to feel valued at school.
More than 70% of people incarcerated do not have a high school diploma.

Dismantling the Pipeline workshop
In 2023, the US Dept. of Education reported that more than 19,000 students received corporal punishment in school. Black students account for 23% of students who received corporal punishment, white students account for 59%, Hispanic/Latino students account for 12%, and students with disabilities account for 17%. Educators face overwhelming demands and a lack of resources, often ill-equipped to handle the challenges. This workshop guides educators in managing the learning environment by recognizing and replacing the practices, behaviors, and mindsets contributing to this troubling trend. Through introspective exercises, collaborative, hands-on activities, and practical strategies, attendees gain the skills to deconstruct harmful cycles and create psychologically safe schools.
The Workshop includes
A preliminary assessment utilized to tailor the workshop (Optional)
Preschool to Prison Documentary (30 min)
Dismantling the Pipeline workshop (Delivered in two 3.5-hour sessions) along with accompanying workbooks
We help leaders cultivate an environment where students and teachers take ownership of their roles. This empowerment increases initiative, renewed engagement, and enhanced output quality.

Unhappiness Epidemic workshop
Fifty-five percent of educators are considering leaving the profession early, leading to increased employee disengagement and unhappiness. Leaders must focus on rebalancing their schools, re-engaging their staff, and reducing the variabilities that impede teacher happiness, negatively impacting student achievement.
